  Deposits

We require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation to hold reservations. Deposits can be made by cash, travelers check, bank wire, (fee to be paid by customer) or by Visa or Master Card. When using credit card, you will be charged a 5% fee by our bank.

 

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation 90 days or more prior to arrival, a refund of 75% of the deposit will be given. 

 

Notification of cancellation 31 days to 89 days prior to arrival, a refund of 25% of the deposit will be given.

 

Notification of cancellation 30 days or less prior to day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, as we have in good faith reserved your space and we’re still short the balance of 50% due on arrival.

 

In the event of a “no show”, the entire deposit is non-refundable. Without notification in the case of a “no-show” after 24 hours of reservation date, the room with be forfeited.

 

Unused portions of reservations are non refundable, all payments will be forfeited for those dates.
