DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation to hold reservations. Deposits can be made by cash, bank wire, (fee to be paid by customer) or by Visa or Master Card. When using credit card, you will be charged a 5% bank service fee.

Notification of cancellation 61 days or more prior to arrival, a refund of 90% of the deposit will be given. Notification of cancellation 16 days to 60 days prior to arrival, a refund of 40% of the deposit will be given. Notification of cancellation 15 days to day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, as we have in good faith reserved your space.

the event of a “no show”, the entire deposit is non-refundable. Without notification in the case of a “no-show” after 24 hours of reservation date, the room with be forfeited. Unused portions of reservations are non refundable, deposits will be forfeited for those dates.
